Description
abra is hiring for our Data & AI Division!
We are looking for a Hands-on AI Developer to join our growing team and lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end
- Build intelligent AI Agents and AI-driven automations
- Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search capabilities, and information extraction processes
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and cloud services
- Work with documents, databases, structured and unstructured data sources
- Develop custom AI components using platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, OpenAI Platform, Claude Platform, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization to ensure production-ready solutions
Requirements
- ✔ 3+ years of relevant experience in AI, software development, or related technical roles
- ✔ Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Agent Framework
- ✔ Experience with Docker and cloud services such as Azure Functions, App Service, Container Apps, Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, or similar technologies
- ✔ Experience with CI/CD processes, monitoring, logging, quality assurance, guardrails, and AI solution evaluation
- ✔ Experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, OCR technologies, LlamaParse, unstructured.io, or similar document processing tools
- ✔ Strong understanding of LLMs, Agents, APIs, RAG architectures, and AI automation frameworks
- ✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
