We are looking forAI Security Lead to establish and lead the department at our Haifa site, part of the Global Operations Division

In this role you willLead the definition and implementation of AI-based cybersecurity strategyDrive integration of machine learning technologies into information security systemsDefine data collection and processing methods to detect security incidents earlyEstablish organizational capabilities for AI-driven analysis, prediction, and responseEvaluate and adopt commercial AI technologies that enhance system resilienceCollaborate with R&D, IT, and operation teams to embed advanced AI security practices
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline8+ years of experience leading professional teams or technological domains in cybersecurity or AI
Extensive familiarity with cybersecurity architectures, data analytics, and cloud environmentsHands-on experience working with AI engines or algorithmic modeling - advantageAbility to analyze complex data and build actionable insightsExcellent communication skills in English
