SolarEdge is looking for a Director of Total Rewards, HRIS & HR Operations to lead the strategy, performance, and people behind our global Total Rewards, HR Operations, HRIS, and People Analytics functions.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of specialists and analysts, set the operating standards for the function, and act as a trusted advisor to Leadership and HR on decisions with company-wide impact.

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and grow a multi-disciplinary team of Total Rewards, HR Operations, HRIS, and People Analytics professionals.

• Own the global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, and govern annual compensation planning, incentives, benchmarking, pay equity, and career architecture.

• Own SolarEdge's global HR operational framework — process design, governance, service standards, and compliance across all regions.

• Sponsor major HRIS implementations and set the automation and AI agenda for the HR function.

• Lead the global People Analytics strategy, delivering executive reporting and workforce insights that shape strategic decisions.

• Define the long-term roadmap for the function and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with HR, Finance, IT, and the business.

• Partner with and advise senior leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and Legal & Compliance globally

Requirements

What you bring

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading Total Rewards in a global organization, including significant people-management experience.

• Proven track record building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.

• Broad experience across HR Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR Transformation.

• Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, and global rewards practices.

• Experience leading HR technology implementations, automation, and digital transformation.

• Ownership of function-level budgets, headcount planning, and vendor relationships.

• Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global organization.

• Passion for data, analytics, and process excellence.
