FP&A Business Unit Manager

we are looking for an FP&A Business Unit Manager for one of our business units in Netanya. If you are passionate about financial leadership, analytical depth and partnering with leaders across a matrix organization- come be part of a team where your impact really mattersIn this role you willLead annual budgeting and ongoing FP&A processes for the business unitDrive financial control for projects and engineering organizationsBuild executive management reports and the unit’s monthly reporting packagesConsolidate and analyze financial data in support of company financial statementsProcess and analyze economic data and translate insights into business implications while identifying trends, gaps and deviationsProvide rolling forecasts, monitor expenses and revenues, and partner with internal and external managerial interfacesSupport the implementation and improvement of financial control systemsPerform economic and accounting analyses

:RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics or Business AdministrationMBA - Advantage3–5 years of experience in a similar role, including working with ASC606Very high proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and high data literacyHigh level of EnglishLeadership and ability to influence and mobilize managers and teams in a matrix environment, strong collaboration skillsStrong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, organization and self-discipline; system-level thinking*Only relevant applications will be answered#Netanya
