At our Rehovot site, we are looking for an experienced ILS Manager to join a multidisciplinary team supporting advanced defense systems programs. This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful projects with global impact, working closely with customers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and operational interfaces across the organization. In this role you will:
Manage ILS proposals and programs for DIRCM systems, including responsibility for all ILS elements such as test equipment, support equipment, technical publications, training, spare parts, participation in reviews, and presentationsWrite and maintain ILS documentation for projectsLead procurement activities, implementation, and control processes מול internal company interfaces and subcontractors for ILS productsCoordinate, manage, and support the development of infrastructure products and maintenance tools used for DIRCM systems supportPrepare price proposals and spare parts calculations for customer proposalsWork directly with customers to define infrastructure and maintenance support requirements at customer sitesProvide technical and operational support and responses to customer issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field - AdvantageExperience in matrix project management with customers in Israel and abroadExperience in managing maintenance programs and ILS activitiesExperience working with subcontractorsExperience with ERP systems - AdvantageHigh level of English, both written and spokenWillingness to travel abroad and work flexible hoursAbility to work under pressure in a dynamic environmentBackground in or familiarity with the Israeli Air Force technical framework in field or headquarters roles - Advantage
