In this role you willManage programs from customer need identification and requirements definition, through contract signing, implementation, delivery, and ongoing supportPlan and manage work plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with program scope, milestones, and quality targetsHold full financial responsibility for programs - including budgeting, pricing, monitoring, and controlling expenditures and progressMaintain ongoing engagement with customers, suppliers, and partners - coordinating technical and operational meetings and progress reportingOversee the technical progress of systems integrating hardware, software, and algorithms, working closely with engineering and R&D leadsManage subcontractors and technology suppliers, overseeing deliverables, timelines, and technical complianceDrive business development activities by identifying and advancing new opportunities with existing and potential customersOperate within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, logistics, procurement, and support teams
RequirementsAt least 3 years of proven experience managing complex technological programs and/or projectsExperience in the defense industry - advantageDemonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across diverse environmentsKnowledge and familiarity with autonomy, robotics, and unmanned systems - advantageExcellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skillsHigh-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)Additional languages - advantageWillingness to travel abroad according to project needsThis is your chance to be a part of a new and exciting opportunity, work on complex, high-stakes systems,push the boundaries of autonomy and robotics, and build technology that makes an instant impact.
