Job description:
Responsible for the engineering team, supporting production lines, including line process and equipment validations, sustaining and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional:
· Manage manufacturing engineer team including maintenance team.
· Lead engineering projects in production lines, specifying workflow and processes, detail work instruction, validation and ECO processes.
· In charge of all maintenance activities including procedures and preventive maintenance follow up. Support malfunctions handling.
· Perform process verification and validation testing activities.
· Transfer of new products and processes into productions lines.
· Improve production line efficiency, reliability, and cost.
· Project lifecycle management includes sustaining, root cause analysis and resolving manufacturability issues.
· Support machines maintenance.
Qualifications %28Education, Skills, and Experience; Required%29:
Required:
· Mechanical engineer with experience in design or manufacturing engineering in medical device companies or similar.
· Able to demonstrate understanding of manufacturing and quality processes, including process engineering capabilities.
· Proven knowledge of medical validation process.
· Proven knowledge of mechanical design for testing, manufacturing and assembly processes.
· Proven ability of projects management, plan, organize, follow up and prioritize.
· High level understanding of cross organization processes.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate across technical and non-technical disciplines.
· Good leading skills.
· English – Fluent reading and writing.
