abra professional services is seeking a PMO Team Lead!
We are seeking an experienced PMO Team Lead to drive the execution of complex IT projects and lead organizational work plans within large-scale financial environments. In this role, you will manage a team of PMOs, oversee project budgets, and establish robust control and monitoring methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (specialization in Information Systems) or a relevant academic field – Mandatory
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a PMO for complex IT / Information Systems projects in large-scale organizations – Mandatory
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading and managing PMO teams – Mandatory
- Experience in defining, preparing, and managing organizational work plans, specifically within IT – Mandatory
- Proven experience working in financial institutions / financial organizations – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with project management and control tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, TFS) – Mandatory
- Experience in budget management, monitoring, and control – Advantage
