Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

What your job will look like 

• Drive market research and competitive analysis 

• Influence company roadmap through market trends and requirements analysis 

• Write market requirements documents (MRD) 

• Craft product messaging and positioning 

• Monitor and analyze business performance  

• Support sales through marketing activities and customer meetings 

• Develop marketing documentations and sales tools (e.g., presentations, brochures, web) 

• Interface with Product management, Sales organization, and the executive team 

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. in relevant fields; MBA preferred. 

• 5+ years of work experience as a PMM for global, high-tech companies 

• Deep customer understanding and ability to identify and prioritize customers' needs. 

• Sharp, analytical data analysis skills 

• Blend of business and technical savvy 

• Strong communication and presentation skills  

• Outstanding execution skills 

• Background in the technology and the market of PCB and/or semiconductors 

• The role involves international travel. 

• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
