We’re looking for a talented Product Test
Engineer to join our team and play a key role in bringing advanced networking
and mixed-signal semiconductor products to production.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge ICs from early characterization to high-volume manufacturing, combining
hardware, software, and data analysis to ensure high-quality, reliable
products.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement test methods for mixed-signal
communication ICs - Design and define production hardware %28probe cards and load
boards%29 - Write and maintain test programs for characterization,
qualification, and mass production - Define and document DFx %28Design for Test/Manufacturing%29
requirements - Analyze yield and test data to improve product quality and
production efficiency - Perform debugging and failure analysis to identify and resolve
device issues - Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience
in semiconductor test/product engineering - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive tasks independently and deliver on time
- Good understanding of circuits and mixed-signal systems
- Experience with data analysis and statistics tools
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing flow %28fab,
assembly, test%29 - Solid programming/software skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of DFT / DFM methodologies
- Experience in high-volume production environments
- Background with high-speed SerDes products
- Hands-on experience with ATE %28Advantest 93K, Teradyne J750%29
