RequirementsPrevious experience in senior IAF headquarters positions - Section Head/Branch HeadSignificant experience in managing programs or projects in a complex defense environmentExperience in budget management and meeting business and operational targetsIAF background - AdvantageExperience in senior headquarters positions - AdvantageHigh level of EnglishProven ability in leadership, initiative and people motivation
