We are looking for
Elbit Systems C4I and Cyber in Netanya is looking for a Quality Manager to join our Quality division and support a wide range of programs, projects, and R&D activities.This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful multidisciplinary work, influence quality processes across complex technological programs, and work closely with engineering, development, operations, and project teams in a dynamic defense environment.If you are passionate about driving quality excellence, improving processes, and working with multiple interfaces in advanced technological environments – we would like to meet you.
In this role you willLead and support quality activities across projects, programs, and development teams from early planning through deliveryPlan and conduct internal quality audits and support teams in implementing practical improvements based on findingsPrepare for and support external audits, customer reviews, and quality assessmentsSupport quality-related inputs for proposals, tenders, and customer-facing documentsTrack quality performance, identify trends, and promote actions that improve execution and resultsWork with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and strengthen quality culture across the organization
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, Electrical Engineering- AdvantageBackground in Quality Engineering or relevant quality certifications such as CQE or CQM- AdvantageExperience in development, integration, operations, engineering, or project environments- AdvantageFamiliarity with hardware, software, systems, product development, or Agile work methods- AdvantageKnowledge of quality standards and structured quality processes, familiarity with AS9100- AdvantageGood English skills, both spoken and writtenAbility to work in a matrix environment, strong ownership, communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvementWillingness to travel abroad when needed
