Description
abra SAP department is seeking a SAP HR Consultant.
We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Human Resources solutions while participating in SAP projects. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP HR and a strong understanding of HR business processes.
A 60% part-time position, based in Central Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HR modules based on business needs.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout implementation and support projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an SAP HR Consultant with hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including personnel administration and organizational management.
- Experience with requirements gathering, SAP customizing, and user support.
- Experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors – an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work effectively in a team.
