Key ResponsibilitiesOur board design engineers play a crucial role, owning the entire lifecycle of printed circuit boards (PCBs) - from requirements phase to testing phase. These PCBs are the core of the Elbit System Products. Except for designing the PCB the job also includes collaborating with software, FPGA, and mechanical teams. This position offers exposure to state-of-the-art technology and other interesting challenges
Requirementsbachelor's degree in electrical engineeringIndustry Experience: 7+ years in digital electronic designAdvantageous SkillsVoltage Regulated Modules (VRM) DesignAnalog Circuit Design (amplifiers, filters, etc.):Board Design ExpertiseRequirements DefinitionTop-Level Architecture DefinitionProficiency in PCB Design Tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Mentor Expedition, Cadence)Expert Knowledge in PCB Layout ApproachWide Experience with High-Speed Signal Integrity Digital DesignsStack-up definition for high-speed PCBsRetimes and redrivesHigh-speed layoutSignal integrity tools (e.g., Hyperlynx, Ansys, etc.)Strong Problem-Solving SkillsLeadership AbilitiesAbility to guide colleagues from other teams (SW, FPGA, Mechanics, Environment, etc.)Experience with processor-based hardware platforms and a solid understanding of CPU architecture (e.g., ARM/X86) and system-level design – AdvantageAdvantage: Knowledge of Python or other software languages#Haifa
