Senior Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Order Management & Oracle Fusion Cloud to join our team and play a key role in driving business transformation across our global order-to-cash processes.

In this role, you will lead the functional analysis, design, and end-to-end implementation of sales and order management processes in an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

You will combine the analysis of complex business processes, requirements gathering and translation into system solutions, close collaboration with business and technology teams, and leadership of cross-functional initiatives involving automation and the integration of AI tools.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud, understanding of order management processes, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide processes, drive digital transformation, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions, to create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a focus on Order Management, Pricing, and Approval Workflow.
• Analyze and design complex end-to-end order processes, including Recurring Orders and Subscriptions.
• Lead requirements-gathering processes, prepare functional specifications and support go-live activities.
• Analyze and support integrations and interfaces between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
• Lead cross-organizational projects and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using technology solutions and AI tools.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Implementer working with complex enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly the Order Management module, including familiarity with Pricing and Approvals.
• Proven experience analyzing complex business processes, gathering requirements, and writing functional specification documents.
• Good understanding of integration architecture and multi-system processes.
• Ability to work independently and lead tasks in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Good written and spoken English.

Significant Advantages

• Experience with Subscription and Recurring Order processes.
• Experience working with APIs, integration tools, and connecting Oracle Fusion to third-party systems.
• Background in digital transformation and process automation projects.
• Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI solutions and AI Agents.
