We are looking forA Supplier Quality Manager for specification items at our Haifa site, within the Aerospace divisionJoin a leading quality team in one of the world's foremost defense organizations, where you will have a direct impact on the quality of critical products and lead improvement processes with top industry suppliers
In this role you willManage and control supplier quality for mechanical and electronic specification itemsConduct periodic quality audits at supplier sites and lead continuous improvement processesAnalyze quality findings, generate statistical reports and define corrective action plansSupport development processes within the company and lead FAI processes with suppliersSupport onboarding and qualification of new suppliersCollaborate with engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issuesDefine quality requirements for suppliers and implement standards and specifications
RequirementsB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or Materials EngineeringLead Auditor certification - advantage3+ years of experience in quality within the defense or aerospace industryExperience working with suppliers - advantageFamiliarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 quality standards and experience with FAI processesExperience working with ERP and PLM systems - advantageHigh level of English proficiencyProficiency in MS Office applicationsWillingness to travel to supplier sites in Israel and abroadStrong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead processes
