Job Description:
- Lead and manage production deployment processes.
- Manage and handle department incidents, from initial root-cause analysis to complete resolution and implementation of the solution.
- Lead all integrations across the various banking systems.
- Coordinate between R&D, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor cross-functional processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of strong hands-on SQL experience in an Oracle environment – Must.
- 3+ years of experience in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) – Must.
- 3+ years of technical background in Software Development, System Analysis, or Technical Project Management – Must.
- 1+ year of experience working with AI tools (preferably Claude Code), with a focus on building dashboards – Must.
- Hands-on experience with AWS environments (system deployment, error analysis, production support, etc.) – Advantage.
- Familiarity with Postman and Elastic – Advantage.
- Familiarity with Swagger – Advantage.
- Familiarity with automation tools, specifically Nolio and Jenkins – Advantage.
- Experience working in Linux environments – Advantage.
- Development experience with .NET / Angular – Advantage.
