Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with expertise in RF systems, optical design, and customer-driven customization projects.
This role requires managing multiple concurrent projects with small, highly efficient project teams.
The ideal candidate will bring systems engineering expertise to the table, driving technical and operational success while balancing
competing project priorities.
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions in RF over Fiber and optical technologies. You’ll need to ensure all projects are on track and aligned with
customer specifications, while working efficiently across several projects at once.    

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple concurrent technical projects, ensuring each project is executed within its timeline,
  scope, and budget. 
• Team Coordination: Lead small cross-functional teams %28hardware engineers, optical engineers, mechanical engineers%29 to deliver project
  objectives. Ensure that each team is aligned, focused, and working effectively within the project constraints. 
• Customer Customization: support BU and R&D Manager with customer-facing interactions, requirements, solutions, and guiding customers through each
  phase of the project. Ensure that customer expectations are met while adhering to project timelines. 
• Systems Engineering: Leverage systems engineering principles to ensure that all projects are fully integrated and meet technical specifications.
  Conduct risk assessments and oversee the integration of complex systems %28hardware, software, mechanics, RF, optical%29 across various projects. 
• Design Oversight: Coordinate the design, development, and deployment of all disciplines %28HW, SW, Optics, Mechanics, Testing and Operations%29.
  Ensure that all systems meet the highest standards for performance and customer satisfaction. 
• Resource Allocation & Risk Management: Balance resources across multiple projects. Identify risks %28technical, budget, timeline%29 for each project
  and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Ensure that teams have the support they need to succeed. 
• Quality Assurance: Monitor quality throughout the lifecycle of each project. Conduct regular reviews to ensure all systems, designs, and deliverables
  meet customer specifications and regulatory standards. 
• Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure each project stays on schedule and within the allocated budget. Regularly assess project health, reallocate
  resources as necessary, and adjust timelines or budgets when needed. 
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear project documentation %28specifications, schedules, test plans, progress reports%29 and maintain consistent
  communication with stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.    

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Optical Engineering. 
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects, with a strong background in systems engineering. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. 
• Practical experience in working on customer-driven customization projects. 
• Previous experience leading small, agile teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.  
• Skills:  
• Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools %28e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project%29. 
• Deep knowledge of systems engineering, with a focus on integration, performance, and risk management. 
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, for interacting with teams and customers. 
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, resources, and priorities effectively. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RF systems, Fiber optics, optical transceivers, WDM, and other related technologies
