Description
abra is seeking for an Technology Project Manager
This role requires full end-to-end delivery ownership, from gathering and understanding requirements, through planning, prioritization, risk and dependency management, to successful implementation and achievement of business objectives.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Building detailed work plans and defining milestones.
- Ongoing monitoring of task progress.
- Proactive control and identification of potential blockers, with timely resolution.
- Matrix management of development teams and coordination of multiple interfaces simultaneously, including remote development teams and a large number of stakeholders.
- Daily work with Jira for managing work plans and tasks, tracking execution, generating status reports, monitoring progress metrics, and more.
Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, in the Central Israel area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing technology projects – required.
- 3+ years of experience in matrix management of development teams – required.
- 3+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies alongside product teams and business stakeholders – required.
- Experience working with Jira & Confluence – an advantage.
- Similar experience in a financial institution – an advantage.
