Job Description

The team develops advanced test environments to support cutting-edge wireless research areas, including NTN and 6G technologies.
The role involves close collaboration with research teams, from early feature definition through test environment development and comprehensive system validation.

This position includes hands-on work with hardware, firmware, and RF systems, as well as advanced debug, analysis, and automation activities using lab equipment, vectors, and RF tools.
The engineer will play a key role in enabling research innovation through robust test platforms and high-quality validation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain testing platforms and environments to support new research features and technologies.
• Work closely with research teams to define test requirements and translate them into executable test scenarios.
• Perform RF measurements, analyze results, and provide insights to improve overall system performance.
• Define, develop, and execute research-focused test plans.
• Develop automation scripts, debug utilities, and test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Debug and analyze issues across hardware, firmware, and system levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, systems, firmware, and hardware engineering teams.
• Document system designs, test methodologies, results, and technical findings as required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RF systems engineering, modem integration, or related system-level roles.
• Strong understanding of RF measurements, RF test methodologies, and laboratory equipment.
• Solid knowledge of modem architecture and overall system behavior.
• Experience developing automation and analysis tools using Python and MATLAB.

Hands-on experience debugging complex system issues across multiple technical domains
Overall experience 4+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with NTN, 5G, or early 6G technologies.
• Experience with signal analysis tools, RF vectors, and advanced debug techniques.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams
