Description
Sunflower LTD is an exciting and dynamic B2C gaming startup in Tel Aviv. Our mission is to create innovative and captivating gaming experiences that engage and thrill players.
As a Business Analyst, you will lead the analytics of products in your domain of responsibility and proactively guide our business growth, based on data analysis and statistical research, to ensure the development of successful products.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: Product, CRM, CS, VIP, etc.) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way
- Ongoing research of users' behavior, find baselines and anomalies
- Create data reports dashboards and presentations
- Defining project goals and KPIs, publishing internal policies
- Find relevant product solutions, based on data analysis and business impact
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in B2C Online/Gaming Industry
- Strong SQL with experience in querying large complex data sets and multiple data sources
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with BI Visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP/AWS)
Advantages
- Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy)
- Knowledge of A/B testing including statistical methods
