easyplant started with a simple promise: plants that don't die. Two years of development created a self-watering system that helps plants live 6x longer. Today, a million plants a year find their way into homes. And we're just getting started.

 

The Role

Every great growth story has someone who saw it first.

The opportunity hiding in a funnel. The customer behavior no one noticed. The bet worth making before anyone else believed in it.

That's the person we're looking for.

As our Data Lead, you'll sit at the center of the business, side by side with our GM, Marketing and Product. You'll see easyplant through both lenses: how people discover and choose us, and how they experience the product.

You'll spot what matters, put a spotlight on it, and point us in new directions. You'll shape where we invest, what we build, and how we grow.

Our business goals are your goals. You'll help us reach them, and show us how much further we can go.

What You'll Do

• Find the opportunities that move easyplant forward, and bring them to the table
• Shape marketing and product strategy with a clear view of what drives growth
• Turn big questions into experiments, and experiments into decisions
• Build the tools and models that give every team a sharp view of the business
• Raise the bar on how easyplant thinks with data

Who You Are

• A business partner first. You care about the outcome as much as the analysis
• Fluent in both worlds: marketing (acquisition, attribution, CAC, LTV) and product (funnels, cohorts, retention)
• Technically strong in SQL and Python, and you build your own tools, with AI as a natural part of how you work
• Curious and proactive. You raise the question before anyone asks it
• A storyteller who makes complex data clear and convincing

Big advantage: experience in e-commerce, DTC or consumer brands, and in advanced marketing measurement or statistical modeling.
