Enterprise PMO Manager

Description

Enlight is looking for an Enterprise PMO Manager to lead portfolio governance and execution oversight across the organization, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, Unit PMOs and management, while leveraging data, technology and AI to improve execution and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio governance and execution monitoring.
• Manage and develop the PMO team.
• Coordinate and align Unit PMOs and ensure consistent reporting and methodologies.
• Maintain an enterprise view of priorities, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Build and monitor execution of the CBOO workplan.
• Own and coordinate the Board Audit Committee workplan.
• Provide management with clear visibility on progress, risks, bottlenecks and required decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance, data, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in PMO, program/portfolio management or business operations.
• Experience managing a team and working with senior management across multiple functions.
• Strong project governance, planning, analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Renewable energy, construction, infrastructure or water industry experience – preferred.
• Experience with Unit PMOs and/or Board/Audit Committee reporting – advantage.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data, automation or AI experience – advantage.
• Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Relevant academic degree – preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
