In this role you willLead a team in planning, executing and debriefing flight testsOwn the professional development of flight test engineersWork in a matrix with program managers and R&D teamsEngage with authorities and customers to obtain flight approvals in Israel and abroadLead delivery flights in Israel and at customer sites worldwideManage multi-system field trials
RequirementsB.Sc. in Engineering – Aerospace, Mechanical or ElectricalM.Sc. - advantageEngineering experience in the UAS domainHigh-level English – speaking, reading and writingWillingness to travel abroadWillingness for field work and non-standard hoursAbility to work under pressure and make decisions under uncertainty, with excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
