Elbit Systems is looking for a Logic Design Engineer to join our FPGA Development Team at our site in Rehovot
In this role you will:
Drive the definition, implementation, integration, and verification of FPGA components for complex digital systems, including signal and image processing algorithmsExecute engineering work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a strong emphasis on development processes and design qualityCollaborate seamlessly across hardware, software, algorithms, and system engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality, high-performance solutionsParticipate in the full FPGA development lifecycle: from simulation and synthesis through place-and-route, report analysis, and advanced debuggingContribute your technical expertise to solve multidisciplinary challenges in real-time signal and image processing
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in VHDL/Verilog design and FPGA implementationDeep understanding of the complete FPGA development cycle: simulation, synthesis, place-and-route (P&R), report analysis, and debuggingFamiliarity with communication interfaces, external memory interfaces, and control mechanism design – advantageExperience implementing signal or image processing algorithms – advantageHands-on experience with AI hardware networks and their implementation – advantageProficiency with Matlab and/or Python – advantageAbility to work independently within a multidisciplinary teamStrong technical writing skills in English
