This role combines leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams with the promotion of innovation, automation, and digital transformation processes that directly impact product quality and engineering excellence
In this role you willLead engineering teams in the fields of Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI), machining and automation engineering, tooling engineering, and metrology engineeringLead specification, procurement, and implementation processes for advanced machinery and technological equipmentDrive innovative technologies in the fields of automation and digitalization in line with industry advancementsMaintain and promote the professional excellence of engineering teamsRecruit, onboard, and professionally train new employeesBe responsible for employee safety and promote a strong safety cultureMentor and develop team managers within the administrationLead continuous improvement, efficiency enhancement, and technological advancement processesManage cross-functional interfaces and initiate professional collaborations across the organizationEnsure execution of work plans with emphasis on quality, schedules, budgets, and company procedures
RequirementsB.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringMaster’s degree - AdvantageAt least 5 years of experience in one of the following fields: NDI, CNC, CMM, or tooling designProven experience managing engineering teamsExperience working with CAD/CAM systemsFamiliarity with composite material structures - AdvantageExperience managing subcontractors and engineering consultants - AdvantageFull proficiency in English, both written and spoken, along with leadership abilities, independent work capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
