תיאור המשרה
We are looking for an ILS Project Manager to manage and lead complex
projects with customers in Israel and abroad, from the quotation stage through
delivery, implementation, and ongoing customer support.
The role includes matrix management of all relevant stakeholders within the
organization, supporting development, procurement, production, and logistics
processes, alongside the management of service, technical support, and ILS
frameworks for operational and technological systems.
Responsibilities:
%2AManage the company’s support framework %28ILS%29 for customers in Israel and
abroad
%2AManage service and support contracts %28Support / SLA%29
%2ALead implementations and engineering upgrades at customer sites
%2ADefine service and support packages for customers
%2AWrite maintenance and support requirements for tenders
%2AWork with engineering, production, integration, and customers
%2AManage LSA / FMECA / Reliability analysis
%2ASupport projects with customers in Israel and abroad
%2AEstablish and manage technical documentation and maintenance frameworks
%2AWork with suppliers and subcontractors in the field of service and
maintenance
Requirements:
%2AEngineering degree
%2AExperience with multidisciplinary systems
%2AFamiliarity with MIL-STD standards — an advantage
%2AExperience with ILS / LSA / RAM
%2AHigh-level technical English
%2ASecurity clearance — an advantage
%2ABackground in large-scale defense projects — an advantage
%2AWillingness to work flexible hours and provide 24/7 customer support when
required for mission-critical defense systems
