NVIDIA is looking for a driven and enthusiastic VLSI Engineer to join our outstanding Networking Silicon engineering team! You will be joining our rapidly growing Interposer team—a highly specialized and deeply impactful domain shaping the future of advanced silicon packaging. You will work alongside a highly experienced group of industry-leading experts on the most advanced technology nodes in the world. What You Will Be Doing:
Physical Implementation: Physical design and integration aspects of complex advanced Interposer technologies.
Meticulous Execution: Taking ownership of assigned technical tasks, managing workflows, and ensuring highly accurate, detail-oriented execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working in close interaction with domain experts across Architecture, Front-End, Back-End, and Packaging teams to bring project definitions to life.
Problem Solving & Automation: Tackling technical challenges in groundbreaking technology nodes and taking an active part in developing our flows and methodologies.
What We Need To See:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Strong academic foundation in VLSI, hardware design, or electrical engineering fundamentals.
Exceptional attention to detail. You are highly organized and accurate.
A proactive and independent mindset. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who dives deep into complex technical areas.
A creative problem-solver and a fantastic teammate.
