IT Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, deeply hands-on IT Manager to own our Global IT operations. This is an opportunity to take on a key role at the heart of the organization's technology operations - leading infrastructure teams, managing SLAs and KPIs, and driving operational processes across complex IT environments.

The right candidate is as comfortable being hands-on as they are leading the team. You'll own and manage the IT operations team covering hardware, software, infrastructure, user access ,and support while directing, managing performance, and mentoring IT specialists and support technicians. You'll also manage incidents and drive investigation and operational processes.

What you’ll do:

• Administer Google Workspace and Slack, Zoom, etc.
• Endpoint management-  Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance
• Take ownership of employee lifecycle, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support
• Manage vendors, renewals, and cost optimization
• Manage the A/V and Video conferencing rooms, equipment and systems. 

• Manage the team members
• Manage wired, wireless and virtual networks infrastructure.
• Maintain clear documentation, procedures, inventories, and service metrics (SLA and KPI)

What you’ll need:

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience (managing at least 2–3 direct reports).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach
• Good understanding of identity and access management, SaaS administration, endpoint security, and IT service management
• Strong hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, Kandji, Jamp cloud, Slack, Zoom
• Strong macOS administration skills and working knowledge.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a large organization.
• Experience with monitoring and control systems.

Advantage:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
• Experience with AI automation, APIs, scripting.
• Supporting a growing technology company and working with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of ITSM platforms.
• Advanced enterprise network management and configuration (Wi-Fi & Ethernet, Corp & Guest, VLANs, APs, Switches, Firewalls)
