We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive demand generation, and help shape the next stage of our growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute FinBot's day-to-day marketing activities
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with external agencies and vendors
• Create engaging marketing content for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and the company website
• Build and manage customer marketing automation journeys
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases
• Develop and manage strategic marketing partnerships
• Organize webinars, conferences, customer events, and other marketing initiatives
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and external vendors
• Experience building and managing marketing automation customer journeys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A creative, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience using AI tools and Canva to create marketing content and visual assets

Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude Design
• Experience in a FinTech or SaaS company
