For our company site in Modiin, Aerospace Division is looking for an Operations Project Manager to lead significant projects in the UAV systems domain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take part in advanced operational and technological activities, influence manufacturing and delivery processes of complex systems, and work with a wide range of professional interfaces across the organization. In this role you will
Lead production and delivery projects of UAV systemsManage program requirements and schedules across all operational aspects, including production, deliveries, and coordination of internal interfacesBe responsible for budget management and control in large-scale projectsLead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from development to productionWork closely with the Program Manager, Technical Manager, and all operational stakeholders within the programLead complex processes in a multi-interface and multi-tasking environment
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and ManagementAt least 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, New Product Introduction (NPI), and complex project management rolesTechnical understanding and experience with complex systems, with emphasis on UAV or aerospace systemsExperience in operational project management and leading cross-organizational processes - AdvantageExperience working with PLM systems, ERP systems, budget control systems, and MS ProjectAbility to work under pressure while leading interfaces and teamsStrong leadership, organizational skills, and broad system-level perspective*Only relevant applications will be answered#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut
