About the Role: Join Claroty's growing Legal team to support global corporate governance and commercial transactions, ensuring seamless legal operations and compliance to empower our rapid international growth.

*** This is a part-time student position requiring 9 working hours per week at our Tel Aviv office. ***

Responsibilities

As a Paralegal, your impact will be:

• Drive operational efficiency across the global Legal team by optimizing legal software tools and managing core administrative workflows.
• Facilitate smooth execution of global corporate and commercial transactions through precise documentation review, cross-functional coordination, and proactive project support.
• Maintain and structure the company’s legal resource databases and corporate governance records to ensure compliance and easy access to critical legal knowledge.
• Integrate modern AI solutions into day-to-day workflows to improve operational output, speed, and efficiency.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

• A second- or third-year LLB student with a strong academic record.
• Highly motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Full professional proficiency in written and oral English and Hebrew.
• Proven experience using AI tools regularly to optimize workflows and drive team output.
