Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring production-related projects.
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management, production, or a similar role (internships included).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of project management systems is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
