You will: 

• Bring a data-driven mindset to defining goals, setting priorities, and establishing clear milestones. 
• Understand and analyze complex technical infrastructure, identifying how different systems and components interact. 
• Develop bold, innovative product ideas and translate them into impactful solutions to address customer needs. 
• Identify underlying customer needs, synthesize research and insights, and clearly define the problems worth solving. 
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, synthesize customer feedback, analyze information, and improve the quality and efficiency of product decision-making. 
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into products and workflows, evaluating their potential value, feasibility, and impact on customers. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and outcomes. 
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently, including engaging in in-depth technical discussions with engineers to evaluate trade-offs and technical approaches. 
• Take ownership of product challenges, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives from concept to execution. 

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager at leading SaaS companies, ideally in high-growth environments with a strong track record of product excellence. 
• Experience building and launching highly scalable, reliable services is a strong plus. 
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day work to improve productivity, research, analysis, and decision-making. 
• Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment when using them. 
• A high bar for quality and excellence in your own work, your team’s contributions, and the products you help build. 
• A proactive, action-oriented mindset, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively. 
• A hands-on approach and willingness to dive into the details to solve problems and drive results. 
• A strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of navigating complex product challenges and driving solutions that improve customer satisfaction. 
• A BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to navigate from high-level system architecture and abstractions down to underlying
