- Managing multidisciplinary projects from requirements to volume manufacturing through all PLC stages
- Managing multidisciplinary interfaces between R&D, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Field.
- Managing the projects Work plans, Risks and Budget
- Providing market-oriented inputs, detailed specifications and priorities
- Overall responsibility for on-time delivery of high-quality products addressing world-class performance, reliability, manufacturability, maintainability, and competitive cost of goods
- Managing customer activities: installations, Beta, Evaluations for new product
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Engineering or first degree in technical related field
- Experience as Development (HW or SW) Team Leader / System Engineering - at least 3 years of management experience
- Strong R&D background in multi-discipline systems– an advantage
- Significant experience working with customers in highly driven markets
- Experience in the semi-conductor industry/capital equipment development – an advantage
- Leadership and execution capabilities – must
- High level of written and verbal communication skills in English- Must
- Experience in program\project management - an advantage
