We are looking forFor our company sites in Modiin or Haifa, Aerospace is looking for a Program Manager in the UAV domain to lead complex and impactful programs in an advanced technological environment. In this role you willManage programs from proposal and contract phase through delivery completion and customer supportBe responsible for program execution, budget, schedule, and profitability targetsManage business and operational relationships with customers in Israel and abroadLead work plans, milestones, and control processesManage risks, constraints, and opportunities throughout the program lifecycleLead teams in a matrix environment and work closely with interfaces across engineering, development, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and qualityManage suppliers and subcontractorsLead integration activities, testing, deliveries, and system implementation at customer sitesProvide ongoing reporting to management regarding program status, performance, and forecasts
RequirementsB.Sc. degree in a relevant technological fieldAt least 5 years of experience managing programs, projects, or complex technological systemsExperience working with customers, suppliers, and subcontractorsExperience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and contractual commitmentsExperience in the defense industry and/or familiarity with the UAV domain - AdvantageHigh level English proficiency, both written and spokenWillingness to travel within Israel and abroad according to role requirementsBroad system and business perspective, decision-making ability, negotiation skills, and capability to drive complex processes
