Description
abra R&D division is seeking an Embedded Team Leader to join our team in North
We are looking for an experienced Embedded software development team leader who will serve as a professional leader, support engineers, and drive professional involvement in projects, while also managing new employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and onboarding new employees
- Providing professional support to engineers
- Professional involvement in projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Embedded software development
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Embedded software development, including experience with various operating systems – Linux/VxWorks/FreeRTOS.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a development team.
- Experience in software development for multi-interface systems (including hardware interfaces – operating serial interfaces, interfaces with cards, BSP, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and working with C/C++.
- Professional capabilities in testing, including planning and understanding test environments, designing tests (cycles and scenarios), initiating testing operations, leading and conducting reviews, designing and implementing tests.
- Ability to manage people, work in a team, systemic view, high service consciousness and independence, high integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in English, reading and writing - mandatory.
- Very good interpersonal communication.
- Working with professional managers at the client's site.
- Working with managers at abra.
- Experience working with: OS, Linux, c++, c, oop, hw/sw
