​About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to bridge commercial insights, supply chain, and global market execution.
In this role, you will analyze business performance, streamline order fulfillment processes, and partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to support business growth.

​What You’ll Do
​Commercial Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying trends, operational gaps, and growth opportunities.
​Planning & Forecasting: Support demand forecasting, commercial planning, and budget control processes.
​Operational Execution: Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, aligning customer priorities with Supply Chain and Operations teams.
​Cross-Functional Interface: Act as a focal point between global Sales teams, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations.
​Data-Driven Insights: Build structured reports, presentations, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

​What We’re Looking For
​1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain / Planning.
​High analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail and business orientation.
​Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint skills.
​High level of agility with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
​Fluent English (written and verbal) – daily communication with global interfaces.
​Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or CRM/BI platforms – Advantage.
​Background in a global industrial, manufacturing, or consumer goods (FMCG) company – Advantage.
