Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based
environments, primarily AKS.
- Support production and non-production SaaS
environments. - Improve platform reliability, scalability,
performance and availability. - Troubleshoot infrastructure and
application issues across distributed systems. - Implement monitoring, alerting and
operational best practices. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as
Code solutions. - Automate cloud resource provisioning and
environment creation. - Improve operational workflows through
scripting and automation. - Develop reusable tools to reduce manual
operational effort. - Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
Actions. - Enhance GitOps workflows using Argo CD.
- Optimize release management and deployment
automation. - Implement cloud security best practices,
including IAM, secrets management and network security. - Leverage AI-powered tools to improve
engineering efficiency and automation.

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft
Azure %285+ years%29. - At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps
/ Platform Engineer. - Strong experience with Kubernetes %28AKS
preferred%29. - Hands-on experience with Docker and
containerized environments. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code
%28Terraform preferred%29. - Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD
pipelines. - Experience with GitOps methodologies and
Argo CD. - Experience with Python scripting and
automation. - Experience supporting production
environments. - Strong understanding of networking
technologies including DNS, TLS, Load Balancers and Ingress Controllers. - Experience with monitoring and
observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic or
similar. - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL
Server.
