Cortex Platform - Cortex is the industry's only open and integrated, AI-based, continuous security platform. Cortex is a significant evolution of the Application Framework designed to simplify security operations and considerably improve outcomes. Deployed on a global, scalable public cloud platform, Cortex allows security operations teams to speed the analysis of massive data sets.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer - a highly skilled designer driven by curiosity, creativity, and a passion for elevating the user experience. In this role, you’ll help define the future of the Cortex ecosystem, crafting experiences that make cybersecurity accessible, intelligent, and human-centered. You’ll play a key part in shaping design direction, mentoring others, and influencing how users interact with our most advanced security products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, elevate the user experience, and ensure cohesive, high-quality design across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from early discovery and user research to high-fidelity design and final implementation.
• Translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions that deliver real value to our users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other partners to shape product strategy and define the user experience.
• Use data, research, and empathy to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on features.
• Create and maintain high-quality design deliverables in Figma, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the product.
• Advocate for design excellence and consistency across the product, ensuring high visual and interaction quality.
• Support other designers through feedback and collaboration, contributing to a strong, inclusive design culture that empowers others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
