On your day to day:
As a PM at Riverside, you'll stay laser-focused on users, uncovering deep insights through qualitative discovery and user interviews to solve real problems. You'll empower engineers and designers as equals, fostering a self-managing team that collaborates effectively and drives meaningful impact.
Requirements
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager/Lead at a high-tech or SaaS software company
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines, and to influence effectively
- Proven ability in data analysis, execution, and responsibility for complex development processes
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects
- Strong organizational and analytical skills & attention to details
This role is ideal for former Head/Director/Lead-level candidates who thrive when they are deeply involved in the hands-on process, taking full ownership of the product journey from strategy to execution
