About the Position
As an experienced QA engineer, you will:
- Work closely with Software, Wireless %28RF%29, Security and Product engineering teams on validation of internal and customer projects
- Develop software and system test plans covering all aspects of the product
- Design and execute manual and automated tests based on detailed requirements
- Produce reports detailing the results and analysis of test executions
- Analyze, identify, record and track bugs
Basic Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience in manual and/or automated testing, including:
- Analyzing requirements and acceptance criteria
- Designing and implementing tests
- Writing and executing test scripts
- Implementing strict QA processes and methodologies
- Experience in embedded/communication systems
- Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid end-to-end system understanding
- Self-learning skills and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be considered an advantage:
- Linux / RTOS
- Communication systems, specifically: RF, IEEE802.11 protocols, 3GPP protocols
- Automotive, Aerospace or Medical quality standards and methodologies
- Security and cryptography
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor%27s degree and 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Associate%27s degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
