abra is hiring a Senior Salesforce Implementer to join our team!
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Implementer to join our Salesforce team and take ownership of the implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
The role involves translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with customers and Business Analysts, and delivering high-quality implementations from design through deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation processes, from understanding business requirements through solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and configure Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations, processes, automations, and user experiences.
- Work closely with customers and Business Analysts throughout the implementation lifecycle and support ongoing improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Salesforce Implementers and team members, including professional knowledge sharing and onboarding of new employees.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, with proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flows, automation, and Salesforce best practices.
- Experience leading implementation processes and working closely with customers and Business Analysts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business and technical challenges.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator – Must.
Nice to have:
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
