Key Responsibilities:
Development
● Design and implement major features and new capabilities end-to-end
● Contribute to architecture decisions and system design
● Build scalable and reliable cloud-based services
Engineering Excellence
● Lead the design of new components and services
● Ensure reliability, maintainability, performance, and scalability
● Continuously improve and refactor existing systems
Collaboration
● Work closely with development teams, security researchers, product managers, and QA
● Translate business and security requirements into robust technical solutions
Required Qualifications:
Programming
● At least 5 years strong experience with Java preferably latest versions.
● At least 5 years Experience building backend services using Spring Boot
● At least 3 years Frontend development experience with React
Experience
● At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer
● Experience building and maintaining high-scale production systems on AWS
Data & Infrastructure
● Experience with relational and non-relational databases
● Experience working with real-time or near real-time data pipelines %28e.g., Kafka%29
● Experience with big-data processing and large-scale systems based on microservices architecture.
Cloud & Containers
● Hands-on experience with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes
● Experience building and operating services in cloud environments %28AWS preferred%29
Security
● Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
AI Development Tools
● Experience using modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
Soft Skills
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Strong problem-solving ability
● A proactive “Can-Do” attitude and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
● Experience building security or threat intelligence systems
