System Engineer

Elbit Systems in Holon is looking for a System Engineer to join a leading team developing next-generation EW systems
In this role, you will take part in the development of advanced technological solutions with direct impact on operational defense systems, within an innovative multidisciplinary environment combining firmware, hardware, RF, FPGA and software developmentIf you are looking for a meaningful engineering challenge, working alongside leading experts and the opportunity to influence cutting-edge systems at the forefront of technology – your place is with us In this role you willDefine firmware functionality and architecture for advanced EW systemsDefine system requirements and write specification documents, ICDs and test documentsWork closely with Hardware, RF, FPGA and Software teams to implement system requirementsSupport development teams from the specification phase through product deliveryParticipate in and lead technical and system design reviews with customers and development teamsLead integration activities and system verification in company laboratoriesParticipate in experiments, field tests and integration activities at customer sites in Israel and abroad RequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in System Engineering for multidisciplinary systemsExperience in writing requirements, specifications and system engineering documentsFamiliarity with RF transmission and reception systems, signal processing and FPGA architecturesExperience in EW or Radar systems – An advantageFull proficiency in Hebrew and English, including technical writing and presentationsWillingness to travel abroad for integration activities, experiments and customer supportAbility to lead multiple technical interfaces, strong system-level thinking and work in a complex environment *Only relevant applications will be answered
