system Engineer for Advanced System Development

For our Ramat Hasharon site, we are seeking a System Engineer to join a System Engineering team responsible for the development of an advanced multidisciplinary system, from concept definition through operational capability demonstrationIn this role, you will take part in defining system requirements, architecture, and interfaces, while leading integration and verification activities across the system and its various subsystems throughout the entire development lifecycle
In this role you willDefine the system architecture and operational conceptDefine system requirements and interfacesLead integration activities across system componentsPlan and execute test and evaluation programsWork closely with internal and external development organizationsPrepare system documentation and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)Lead engineering and design reviewsCollaborate with technology partners and development organizations in Israel and abroad
Requirements:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in System EngineeringExperience with complex multidisciplinary systemsProven experience in Air Defense, Missile, Rocket, or Launch System programs – mandatoryExperience leading system integration activitiesExperience writing Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and system documentationExperience leading and participating in design reviewsHigh level of English proficiencyStrong ability to lead and coordinate multiple interfaces simultaneouslyPractical engineering mindset with strong execution and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to make decisions in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teamsSignificant Advantage:Experience in Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC)Experience with launch systemsExperience in the defense industry or in complex multidisciplinary technology programs
