Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 4-5 developers %28frontend + backend%29.
- Develop and maintain core features using Java %28Spring%29, React, and TypeScript.
- Drive architecture, code quality, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and external tech partners.
- Work in an Agile environment with frequent releases.
- Support integrations with third-party systems %28Autodesk, Aconex, etc.%29.
- Collaborate with remote/non-Israeli teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Java %28Spring%29 development experience.
- Strong React + TypeScript skills.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- 3-5 years experience mentoring or leading developers.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv %28near Savidor station%29.
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
Nice to Have
- GraphQL experience.
- Direct experience integrating with external systems %28Autodesk/Forge, AutoCAD, Aconex%29.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Background in SaaS, construction-tech, or similar product environments.
- Big advantage: Russian language spoken + written
