What You%27ll Do:
Manage a team of 5-7 verification engineers
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive verification plans and strategies for complex hardware designs
Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and firmware engineers to deeply understand the specifications.
What You%27ll Need:
- B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 10+yrs of proven experience in VLSI chip Verification engineering, with a focus on high-end SoC
- 3+ years of leadership experience in verification projects
- Proven experience in Ethernet standards- an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong motivating and mentorship skills to guide and inspire team members towards achieving exceptional performance
- Strong proficiency in System Verilog and UVM
