As an Assistant Controller you will be in charge of:
Financial Representation - Comprehensive working papers covering the aspects of recognition, measurement and disclosure.
GAAP & SOX Compliance - Updating financial accounting and disclosures upon ongoing changes in the company and GAAP updates; assistance with meeting SOX requirements related to financial statements closing and other processes in the department.
Interfaces with other departments - Data gathering and Validation, Understanding the business implications on financial records, Taking part in cross-division processes.
Analytical Analysis - Review of affiliates' reporting packs; Providing management’s representation.
Requirements
- CPA (ISR) License – Mandatory
- Experience with IFRS medium/large corporates- Mandatory
- “Bachelor” of one of the Big4 firms- Significant Advantage
- High English language skills.
- Highly skilled in Excel, familiar with other Office applications, good IT orientation.
- SAP acquaintance – Advantage.
