Automation Engineer-Python

Description

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Automation Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our strategic projects. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test infrastructures for complex backend systems, SDKs, and microservices-based applications.

You will work closely with software engineers to ensure product quality by developing robust automated testing solutions, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and supporting distributed environments running on Linux and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python or C++.
• Design and implement automated tests for backend systems, SDKs, and microservices.
• Develop Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, Stability, and Stress tests.
• Work with Docker in Linux-based and distributed environments.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis for backend and distributed systems.
• Take ownership of the team's automation infrastructure and continuously improve testing processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience developing automation solutions using Python or C++.
• Experience developing automation frameworks or test infrastructure.
• Experience working with Linux.
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Experience testing backend systems, SDKs, or microservices.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or pytest.
• Experience with performance, load, stress, or stability testing.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience writing TDD/STD documentation.
